Refund Policy

Tickets for Labule Wa relate to a leisure event on a specific date. Except where required by law or where we cancel the event, tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased.

If The Event Is Cancelled

If we cancel the event and do not reschedule it, we will aim to provide a refund of the ticket price paid using the original payment method.

If The Event Is Rescheduled

If the event is materially rescheduled, we may offer either transfer of the ticket to the new date or a refund, depending on the circumstances communicated to customers at that time.

Customer Cancellations

If you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Unless we state otherwise in writing, customer-initiated cancellations are not eligible for refund.
