These terms govern ticket purchases and use of this website for Labule Wa, organised by Eways Events & Deco.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Notice, and our Refund Policy.

Tickets

Entry tickets are sold per person. VIP Table tickets are sold per table and are intended for 5-6 persons. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Ticket prices, inclusions, and availability may change before purchase without notice.

What Your Ticket Includes

Standard Entry includes event entry and the free Welcome Drill. Food and drinks remain pay as you go unless expressly stated otherwise. VIP Table inclusions are limited to the benefits shown at the time of purchase.

Event Changes

We may make reasonable changes to the venue, timing, programme, performances, food offerings, or other event details where necessary. If the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, our Refund Policy will apply.

Admission And Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests for unsafe, illegal, abusive, or disruptive behaviour. Attendees must comply with venue rules, health and safety requirements, and any age-related service restrictions.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, or personal belongings except where caused by our negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless another mandatory local law applies.
